These gorgeous cakes are from April Reed. Something about the simplicity of them makes me want to like cake. See, I really wanted to have wedding pie at my wedding, as I don't like cake. Husband wasn't too keen on the idea, and we probably would of looked pretty funny cutting apple pies in our wedding pictures! So, needless to say, we had your average, three tier, square wedding cake. Wish we could of had one of these...
