Okay, I'm totally into Christian Siriano, the winner from Project Runway. I could seriously watch a show all about him. So, I'm borrowing one of his phrases to describe this dress from Melissa Sweet....I LOVE it! So pretty and delicate....and definitely 'fierce'!
